Renaming removals to GHG entries

Removals have been renamed in Certify to “GHG Entries”,  in order to support protocols which result in credits for carbon dioxide removals or GHG reductions. GHG Entries will be marked with a type “Removal” or “Reduction”, respectively. GHG Entries otherwise have the same behaviour in Certify as Removals, see our documentation for more information.

This rename is also reflected in our API: there are new GHG Entry endpoints and the old Removal endpoints have been deprecated and will be removed in 3 months. More details in API docs.
